Customers who cannot attend a scheduled consultation may request rescheduling. An alternative appointment will be offered subject to the consultation provider's availability.
Customers should submit rescheduling requests as early as possible.
Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation requests are subject to review. Refunds are not ordinarily provided for customer-initiated cancellations or changes of mind. Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
Customers are expected to attend their confirmed appointments on time. Missed appointments may not qualify for rescheduling or a refund, except where required by applicable law or warranted by the circumstances.
If the consultation provider cannot attend a confirmed appointment, the customer will be offered rescheduling at a mutually suitable available time.
If the consultation cannot be delivered and rescheduling is not possible, the customer may request a refund, which will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
If payment is deducted but the booking fails, or a duplicate payment is verified, the issue will be reviewed and the amount refunded or reversed where applicable.
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures and timelines.
